About Us
AA Area C is a service body that links AA Groups and Districts to the national general service structure and to other Groups. The Area holds quarterly Assemblies to allow AA Groups to meet and organise public information activities, discuss issues concerning AA, and to hear about the activities of other groups in the Area and around Australia. The Area is made up of GSRs (Group Service Representatives) from participating Groups, DCMs (District Committee Members) from the Districts within the Area (currently the Inner City and Peninsula Districts) and the members of the Area Committee.
